Ned DeLorme is the founding principle of Capay Capital Advisors. Mr. DeLorme has been arranging real estate financing as an intermediary for developers and investors since 1980. Prior to joining Capay, Ned was a principal at Presidio Hotel Group from 2000-2014. At Presidio, he oversaw the ground-up construction and/or deep renovation of 15 hotels throughout the United States while simultaneously providing debt and equity for new development and acquisitions.
He began his career working for the Bank of Boston in New York and London. In 1984, Ned co-founded Belgravia Capital Corporation, which ultimately embarked on a venture with Heller Financial, creating the first nationwide conduit lender for mobile home parks and self-storage facilities. In 1995 he formed Bridge Capital, a provider of debt and equity funding for opportunistic real estate transactions. Ned has owned many types of commercial real estate including hotels, office buildings, shopping centers and multifamily properties.
Mr. DeLorme holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and International Relations from Colgate University in Hamilton, NY. He is a licensed pilot and resides in Yolo County, California.

Jerome Sanzo is an Adjunct Lecturer in Fordham University’s Real Estate Institute. He is also a member of the Adjunct Professors Faculty in Real Estate Finance at New York University. From 2015-2022, Mr. Sanzo was Managing Director at Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, New York Branch (“ICBC”), where he was Head of US Commercial Real Estate Finance, where he managed a multi-billion-dollar loan investment portfolio. ICBC is the largest bank in the world by assets. Mr. Sanzo was named one of the Top 50 Most Important Figures in Commercial Real Estate Finance by the publication Commercial Observer in 2016, 2017, 2018 and again in 2019.
Mr. Sanzo has over three decades of experience in managing, originating, investing in, and financing commercial real estate properties, directly and indirectly in real estate projects worth over $ 50 Billion. Previously, he was Managing Director and Head of Real Estate Portfolio Management at Commerzbank A.G., where he was in charge of managing and restructuring a multi-billion-dollar portfolio of loans and equity investments. Prior to that, he was a Managing Director in charge of Real Estate Finance at Banque Indosuez, and he also worked at a predecessor to JPMorgan Chase Bank.
He has also worked in the Fund industry, investing in securities throughout the capital structure for public and private commercial real estate entities. He was the Managing Board Director for two closed end real estate investment funds based in the Netherlands.
Additionally, he served as President of Conference Center Interests, Inc, a company organized on behalf of several foreign institutional equity partners. He has also worked and lived in Singapore and Australia.
He was a former Board Director of the Association of Foreign Investors in U.S. Real Estate, and he is a member of ARES. He has also authored several published articles about Commercial Real Estate Investments and Finance, and appears regularly on many real estate industry conference panels.
Mr. Sanzo is also currently serving on the Board of Directors of Hampton Hall Club, Inc.
He holds a B.A. from Colgate University in Hamilton, NY, and an M.B.A. from the Thunderbird School Division of Arizona State University.

Andrew Sanzo is the head of Capay Capital Advisors East Coast office in Stamford, CT. Mr. Sanzo is responsible for cultivating lender-client relationships, developing innovative capital-placement solutions, and facilitating a diverse and inclusive corporate culture.
Prior to his time at Capay Capital Advisors, Mr. Sanzo was a Vice President and Senior Consultant at Bennelong Holdings, LLC. There he advised high net-worth clients on portfolio management and real estate project selection.
Mr. Sanzo graduated from the University of Connecticut magna cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa, with a BA in Political Science before going on to earn an MBA in Finance from the University of Connecticut School of Business. His writing has been published in the Scotsman Guide and he is a frequent guest lecturer at the NYU Schack Real Estate Institute. In his spare time Mr. Sanzo is a professional guitar player and a semi-competent golfer.
